HoldenCAPITAL is shortlisted for the prestigious Better Business Awards
A local broker covering Brisbane is in the running to take out one of Australia’s top industry awards.

HoldenCAPITAL has been shortlisted as a finalist to win one of the state-based Best Commercial Broker awards at the 2016 Better Business Awards, hosted by The Adviser, Australia’s top publication for mortgage and finance brokers.

Founded in December 2011 Holden Capital offers a specialist construction finance service to the southeast Queensland community.

Now in its third consecutive year, the Better Business Awards forms part of the award-winning Better Business Summit, named Business Event of the Year at both the 2015 and 2014 Publish Awards (previously the Publishers Australia Excellence Awards).

Jim Hall, head of mortgages and real estate at Sterling Publishing – publisher of The Adviser – said The Awards present a unique opportunity for brokers, lenders and aggregators to build their profile within the industry and for the general public.
“We know that the key to successful broking is building up a local presence. The Better Business Awards provides a unique opportunity to do just this as it celebrates the top performers in each state, as well as those making a genuine difference in their local market,” he said.

Dan Holden, Director at HoldenCAPITAL said he is humbled by the nomination.

“That HoldenCAPITAL has been recognised for its excellent contribution to the south-east Queensland community reinforces the strength of the brand in connecting with the community, and engaging with its customers,” he added.

The winner will be announced at the state awards dinner in Brisbane – 18 February.
